We aim to provide reliable and fairly priced shipping options for our customers worldwide.
Please keep in mind that polymer clay products can be quite heavy, which may affect shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Rates:

  • Germany: €6.50

  • European Union: starting at €6.50

  • Most other countries: starting at €16.50

🇺🇸 USA Shipping Information

We ship all orders safely and reliably from Germany to the USA.
Our shipping rates reflect the actual international costs, including handling, customs processing, and duties (where applicable).

Shipping Rates (USA): starting at €27.00

These rates are all-inclusive – there are no extra charges at delivery (no hidden customs duties or fees).

We believe in keeping shipping fair for both sides:

  • You receive transparent, reliable delivery with full tracking.

  • We handle all required customs documentation so that your package clears smoothly. Final delivery is handled by USPS according to their policies.

Why are shipping rates to the USA higher?
Due to new customs regulations in the United States, all international carriers (including DHL and USPS) have updated their processes and fees. This affects the overall cost of shipping, even for smaller packages.

In the past, there was a cheaper product called Warensendung International (small merchandise shipments). This service was discontinued because it could not support the mandatory electronic customs data (ITMATT) and the now required PDDP service (Postal Delivered Duty Paid) for shipments to the USA. Today, all goods must be shipped as fully tracked parcels with complete customs clearance. For this reason, carriers can no longer offer lower-priced options for the USA.

Delivery time: usually 6–12 business days, depending on customs clearance and local USPS handling.

Important notice: For international shipments, a recipient’s signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the policies of the destination country’s postal service. If you are not available during standard delivery hours, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier to arrange an alternative delivery option.

As the sender, we cannot influence delivery requirements in the destination country. Signature policies are determined by the local postal service, and any changes must be requested directly by the recipient with the carrier.
