Prices, shipping costs, and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
Shipping costs:
Germany: 6,50€
USA: starts at 12,00€
Rest of the world: 16,50€
The shipping costs can vary depending on weight and Zone
For digital content (e-books, software, etc.), there are also no shipping costs.
Important: Depending on the country, import duties may apply. These are paid by the buyer upon delivery.
For shipping within Germany we use DHL or UPS.
For shipping within the EU and outside the USA, we use UPS, DHL or German Post.
For shipping to the USA we use USPS. USPS shipments take a long time to ship (up to 3 weeks). Shipments go to the United States by sea and can only be tracked after they arrive in the United States. We ask for a little patience here.
Shipping Information Notice
Please note that for international shipments, a recipient’s signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the policies of the destination country’s postal service. If you are unavailable during standard delivery hours, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier to arrange an alternative delivery option.
As the sender, we do not have control over delivery requirements in the destination country. If a signature is required, it is determined by the local postal service, and any adjustments must be made directly by the recipient with the carrier.
